That's a good question. She takes a thoughtful sip of her tea as she contemplates it.

"I don't know if I'd say-- natural, necessarily," she finally replies, "I don't know if it ever could be, when it's something you learn like this. But-- I have found it to come more easily, as time's gone on. It helps when you have a partner that keeps you accountable."

And there's a small smile, as always, for the mention of her husband.

"And if you-- make it a more routine part of your life. So you don't have to think about it so much. Like anything we practice, mm?"
